Apneue vs holdmore

Apneue is a simple apnea training app for breath-hold practice and structured breathing, designed for clarity, consistency, and calm. Test your maximum hold and track progress over time. Generate CO₂ and O₂ tables from your max hold or customize them to match your training style. Use the visually guided box breathing sessions to practice controlled and relaxed breathing. Review your sessions with detailed statistics, Apple Health integration, and optional reminders. Smooth wave animations keep training focused and and distraction-free, while optional customization unlocks additional themes and alternate app icons. All core functionality is free. Apneue is an independent app built and maintained by a single developer with a focus on simplicity, usability, and privacy. Caution: Breath-hold training involves risk. Apneue is for training and informational purposes only and is not a medical device. Always train within your limits, and never practice breath holding in unsafe conditions or in water without proper supervision.

hold more combines both co2 and o2 traning to increase your maximum breath-hold. Useful for freediving, spearfishing, or just something to do while meditating!
