Build your kingdom. Train your armies. Conquer the world. Prestige: Kingdom War is a classic kingdom-building strategy game where you build cities, manage resources, train armies, and fight for control of a living world map. Every building you raise, every troop you train, and every territory you claim pushes your empire closer to dominance — or leaves it vulnerable to the players hunting you. This is not a game that plays itself. BUILD YOUR KINGDOM Your empire starts with one city. Construct and upgrade resource buildings to generate lumber, stone, iron, and food. Manage your warehouse capacity, plan your upgrades, and make every resource count. A well-timed upgrade can give you the advantage you need. Running out of storage before a campaign begins is the kind of mistake that costs you. At the core of every city is the Main Hall. Upgrade it to increase your population capacity, raise your passive money income, and unlock the foundation for a stronger empire. TRAIN YOUR ARMIES Build an army designed for the fight ahead. Prestige: Kingdom War has four troop types, each with a distinct role in combat: * Infantry — Hold positions and absorb punishment. * Cavalry — Strike fast and hit hard. * Archers — Apply ranged pressure against enemy formations. * Catapults — Powerful siege weapons capable of breaking fortifications. Your barracks level determines how quickly you can field new troops. Build the right army for the right fight, and learn from every battle. RESEARCH TECHNOLOGY Develop your technology center and research upgrades that improve your empire over time. Increase resource production, strengthen your economy, and gain advantages that compound as your kingdom grows. Technology, title rank, and other bonuses work together to shape your long-term strategy. EXPAND YOUR EMPIRE Your starting city is only the beginning. Earn Prestige and advance through the title ranks to unlock additional cities. Expand your resource base, diversify your production, and station armies closer to the battles that matter. A growing empire has more options — and more territory to defend. CONQUER THE WORLD MAP The world map is your battlefield. Forts and oases are scattered across the shared map, offering ongoing money and resource bonuses to whoever controls them. Capturing territory is only the beginning. Other players can push back, test your defenses, and take ground while you focus elsewhere. The map never fully settles. Every fort, oasis, and city can become the center of your next campaign. JOIN AN ALLIANCE You don't have to conquer the world alone. Join forces with other commanders, coordinate attacks, defend your territory, and work together to build a powerful kingdom. The strongest empires are built through strategy, cooperation, and preparation. RISE THROUGH THE RANKS Your Prestige and title rank reflect your history in the world. Earn Prestige through military victories and empire development. Advance your title, unlock new opportunities, and expand your kingdom as you grow stronger. Climbing the ranks is a long game. It rewards players who plan ahead, manage their resources, and stay consistent. MANAGE YOUR ECONOMY Money is a distinct resource used for technology research and advancement costs. Earn money through your Main Hall, forts you control, and market exchanges. Players who manage their economy well can move faster. Players who ignore it can hit walls. BUILT FOR STRATEGY A Prestige system, multiple city expansion, a contested open world, four troop types, deep building progression, and a technology tree that rewards patience. Prestige: Kingdom War is built for players who want strategy that asks something of them. Start building. Earn your title. Take the map.

Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is ads: Prestige at none against Corebound's shown. Prestige also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 8 days) and review sentiment (100% vs 91%). Corebound's advantage is ratings volume (1.2K vs 15). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Corebound against 4.8 for Prestige. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Corebound has 1.2K ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 91% of Corebound's written reviews are positive against 100% of Prestige's.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

Corebound ships an update every 8 days, Prestige every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
