Everyone says “we should really do this more often.” Almost nobody picks a date. Women's Group is for picking the date. Find a group near you, or start your own — a few women you already know, a regular night, somewhere you can actually hear each other. Starting a group Give it a name, say where and when you meet, say what it's centered on. Under a minute. A walking group, a book club, a group of moms, women from your office, a church group, or four friends with no theme at all. You don't need a curriculum. A time and a place is enough to begin. Joining one Groups are listed by location and what they're built around. We're new, so there may not be one near you yet. That changes as women start them. Gatherings The host sets the date, time, and place, and everyone RSVPs. Seeing that two people are already in is usually what gets the rest of the group to commit. Between gatherings Every group has a thread of its own. Plans, reschedules, and the news that can't wait until next week. Goals Write down what you're working toward, break it into smaller pieces, and check them off as you go. You choose whether your group sees it. Sharing it is what makes it stick. Your profile No swiping through photos. It asks about your purpose, your mission, what you care about, risks you've taken, and fears you've come through. It takes longer to fill out than most profiles. That's on purpose. For hosts Free to start, free to run, and it stays that way. The same set of tools whether you're leading twelve women or three. Safety We publish Community Guidelines that say plainly what's expected and what isn't. Reporting and blocking are built in. Meet somewhere public until you know each other. What we're counting Women sitting in a room together every week. Not time in the app. If this is where your evenings are going, we've built the wrong thing. Free to download. Free to use. Women's Group is made by Social Nexus, alongside Men's Group — a separate app with its own groups and its own members. Worth passing on to someone who's after the same thing you are.
