The calorie tracker that actually knows your food. RotiCal is built for South Asian eaters — Pakistani, Indian, and Bangladeshi — who are tired of MyFitnessPal not recognizing biryani, or treating "daal" as a mystery food. Every katori of daal makhani. Every aloo paratha. Every seekh kebab. Tracked accurately. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ LOG YOUR MEALS — YOUR WAY • Voice: just say what you ate. AI figures out the portions. • Photo: point your camera at your plate. • Text: type it like you'd text a friend. AI handles the rest. • Manual: full control over every field. BUILT FOR DESI PORTIONS Generic apps measure in "cups" — we use katoris, rotis, and plates. Our AI knows that a restaurant karahi hits differently than ghar ka khana, and accounts for the ghee accordingly. UNDERSTAND YOUR NUMBERS • Calorie + macro rings that update in real time • 7-day calorie trends, macro breakdowns, weight tracking • AI Forecast: where your current habits take you in 30 days • AI Advice: personalized tips grounded in your actual logging history • Weekly Digest: your week summarized in one AI-generated card SET GOALS THAT MAKE SENSE Whether you're losing weight, building muscle, or just staying consistent — RotiCal calculates your targets using TDEE and adjusts as your weight changes. STREAK & HABIT TRACKING Log daily, build a streak. Hit milestones at 3, 7, 14, and 30 days. Milestone notifications keep you honest. ROTICAL PRO Remove ads and unlock unlimited AI features: AI Forecast, AI Advice, and Weekly Digest with 24-hour caching. • Monthly: $2.99/mo • Annual: $19.99/yr --- Calorie counts are AI estimates. Desi dishes may vary based on portion size and cooking method — we show estimate ranges where there's meaningful uncertainty.

Your Apple Watch never gave you a real cycling VO2max. GOVO2 does. GOVO2 is built for cyclists who train with power meter pedals and are done settling for a walk-derived number from Apple, or a passive estimate from a device that keeps their algorithm in a black box. GOVO2 runs a real cycling ramp test on iPhone and gives you a VO2max number that is based on research. GOVO2 also gives you the tools to train and improve: • Zone 2 for the aerobic base • Intervals to push the ceiling higher • Progress summary so that you can clearly see the trends WHAT YOU NEED • iPhone running iOS 17 or later • Apple Watch, or a Bluetooth heart rate monitor (Garmin HRM, Polar H10, Wahoo TICKR, and other standard BLE HRMs) • A Bluetooth cycling power meter or smart trainer WHAT GOVO2 DOES • Cycling VO2max ramp test with live power and heart rate • Zone 2 rides with target heart rate guidance • Interval workouts anchored to your test results • Per-ride history with second-by-second sensor data • Optional Apple Health write-back for VO2max • Transparent methodology. HONEST LIMITS GOVO2 is a fitness app. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose conditions, and does not clear anyone to exercise. If you have health concerns, talk to your doctor before starting or changing a training program. Stop and seek care for chest pain, unusual shortness of breath, dizziness, or symptoms that feel wrong. METHODOLOGY AND PRIVACY The full methodology lives at govo2.com/methodology.
