Gutopia is a personal journal for symptoms, food, medication, mood, and energy. Keep daily observations together, revisit your history, and see summaries of your recorded data. Gutopia is for personal tracking and educational demonstrations. It does not diagnose conditions, provide treatment recommendations, or offer validated medical predictions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice; use emergency services for emergencies. KEEP A DAILY JOURNAL Record pain, bowel symptoms, mood, energy, meals, medication logs, notes, and journal photos. Review previous entries and recorded-data insights, including pain-specific summaries and food-log comparisons. Manage medication schedules and local reminders with notification permission. Continue without an account for local tracking. EXPLORE AN EDUCATIONAL ALGORITHM DEMO Demo Mode lives inside the same app and keeps its records separate from your personal journal. Choose from 23 machine-learning workflows and variants, including regression, PCA, clustering, sequence matching, and simulated forecasts. Run them on seeded coursework data or current demo logs, inspect results, and view supported charts. These demonstrations explain algorithms; they are not assessments of your disease or medical advice. CONTROL YOUR RECORDS Tracking records are stored on your device. Export logs as CSV or create a full personal database-and-images backup, with optional password protection for the full backup. Backups are files you choose to save or share; Gutopia does not provide automatic cloud backup or tracking-data synchronization. Optional account authentication uses Supabase. Optional AI food analysis sends the food text or photo you select through Supabase to Google Gemini after your consent; related requests create account-linked usage records. AI suggestions may be inaccurate, so review them before saving. You can enter food manually instead. Settings includes privacy information, data controls, and an account-deletion request flow. About

GutTrack

Features

GutTrack is a private health journal for people living with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis — built to make daily symptom tracking fast enough to actually stick with, and clear enough to bring straight to your next GI appointment. Log a bowel movement, a symptom flare, or a meal in a few taps. GutTrack quietly converts what you log into a clinical-style score (based on the Bristol Stool Scale and a partial Mayo-style index) so you can see at a glance — green, amber, red — whether things are trending toward a flare, without having to interpret the numbers yourself. WHAT YOU CAN TRACK • Bowel movements, using the Bristol Stool Scale • Pain, urgency, blood, and other flare symptoms • Meals and food photos, alongside symptoms, to spot patterns • Daily and weekly trends, visualized simply BUILT FOR SHARING WITH YOUR CARE TEAM Your history is organized the way a gastroenterologist thinks about it, so you can hand over weeks of data in a glance instead of trying to remember your worst week from memory. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your health data stays on your device. GutTrack does not access Apple Health, and analytics are opt-in only for users in the EU. This is a journal, not a data product. GutTrack is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always talk to your doctor about your symptoms and care plan.
