The app is not restricted to any single company or closed user group. Users can sign up directly within the app and request access. Accounts are not pre-assigned to any specific organization, and any individual or company can register and use the system once their account is approved through the platform’s standard review process. The application operates entirely online and serves as an interface for workforce and HR workflows provided by the connected backend system. Key features include: - Secure sign-in using organization-provided server URL, email, and password - Support for multiple backend systems (Odoo and NOVA HR) - Attendance tracking (check-in / check-out) with optional location and camera permissions based on workflow requirements - Optional biometric authentication where supported by the device - Leave management (time-off requests and history) - General approval workflows with document attachments - Attendance and vacation history views - Push notifications from connected backend systems - PDF export and printing of available records The app does not include any restricted content and is available publicly on the App Store. Any organization can adopt the system by configuring their own backend instance, and end users can connect using their credentials after account approval. We hope this clarifies that NOVA HR is a general-purpose workforce management client suitable for a wide range of organizations and users
