1. Who are the users that will use the paid content, subscriptions, features, and services in the app? Only existing ERP customers of our company. These are businesses that already have accounts in our ERP back office. 2. Where can users purchase the content, subscriptions, features, and services that can be accessed in the app? Purchases are made outside the app, directly through our ERP back office contracts and billing system. The app itself does not provide purchase flows. 3. What specific types of previously purchased content, subscriptions, features, and services can a user access in the app? Users can access ERP modules they already subscribed to (e.g., inventory, sales, HR, finance). The app simply provides a mobile interface to those modules. 4. Is your app restricted to users who are part of a single company? Yes. Each ERP deployment is tied to a specific company. Only that company’s employees, partners, or contractors with valid ERP credentials can log in. 5. What paid content, subscriptions, or features are unlocked within your app that do not use in-app purchase? None. All paid features are provisioned through ERP contracts and activated in the back office. The app only reflects those entitlements. 6. What features in the app, if any, are intended for use by the general public? None. The app is not for general public use. It is strictly for authorized ERP customers. 7. How do users obtain an account? Accounts are created and managed in the ERP back office by the company’s administrators. End-users cannot self-register in the app. 8. Are the enterprise services in your app sold to single users, consumers, or for family use? No. Services are sold to companies only, not individuals or families. 9. There is no fixed maximum; it scales based on the company’s contract. 10. Can users purchase physical goods or services together with digital content in your app? If so, please describe how the physical and digital content are connected and why you bundle them together in a single purchase. No. The app does not sell physical goods. It only provides access to ERP digital services already contracted. 11. Is your app designed for use by a limited or specific group of companies? Yes. It is designed for our ERP customers only. Any company can become a client, but only after signing an ERP contract and being onboarded in the back office. Summary: StallionERP ↔ StallionGo App Relationship The mobile app “StallionGo “ is an extension of our ERP system “StallionERP”, designed to provide field teams and company staff with secure, real-time access to ERP data and workflows. • ERP as the Core System - All business logic, user accounts, and entitlements are managed in the ERP back office. - Purchases, subscriptions, and configurations are handled directly through ERP contracts, not within the app. • App as the Front-End Interface - The app connects to the ERP system to display and update data such as customer visits, inventory, surveys, and logs. - It enables employees to perform ERP tasks on the go (visit tracking, photo capture, offline sync) while ensuring data accuracy and seamless reporting. • Controlled Access - Only authorized ERP customers and their employees can log in using credentials provisioned by the ERP back office. - The app does not allow public registration or consumer use. • Purpose - The app improves efficiency by extending ERP workflows to mobile devices, ensuring bilingual localization, offline handling, and enterprise-grade integration.
