Welcome to Aether Yoga and Wellness, a space where movement and mindfulness meet. When you step through our doors, or connect with us here, you’re joining more than just a studio. You’re becoming part of a community built on care, curiosity, and the belief that we all deserve spaces that help us feel whole. We believe knowledge is power, so every class we offer comes from informed spaces. Our teachers are committed to ongoing education and lead with intuition, weaving anatomy, philosophy, and evidence-based practices into every sequence. Our home is tucked inside the Ketch Design Centre, a creative hub alive with makers, artists, and workers of all kinds. Nestled away in a cozy corner with low ceilings and a warm, elevated “attic” vibe (almost like a treehouse) our studio invites you to step out of the rush and into a place that feels personal and inspiring. Natural textures, soft lighting, and thoughtful details create an atmosphere that feels both grounding and uplifting. It’s a space for curiosity, reflection, and connection, whether you’re rolling out your mat for the first time, returning after a long break, or building on years of dedicated practice. This app is your new way to stay connected with Aether wherever you are. Use it to easily book classes, reserve spots in workshops, and follow upcoming events as we continue to grow our wellness suites and expand into new offerings. From yoga and breathwork to future healing practices, we are building something meant to support your life beyond the mat. Wherever you are on your journey, we’re honored to walk alongside you. Let this be your space to move, to grow, and to come home to yourself, now, right at your fingertips.
