sleep.exe vs Wajed

sleep.exe - Archive your dreams before they fade. Your dreams are unstable. Fading fragments, distorted memories, emotions that dissolve with the morning light. sleep.exe is your preservation protocol, a minimalist dream journal inspired by forgotten computer terminals, designed to capture, tag, and protect your most fleeting moments of the subconscious. A Ritual, Not Just an App Unlike a standard notes app, sleep.exe invites you into a small daily ritual. From the moment you open it, you’re greeted by a flickering cursor and the hum of a simulated terminal. The interface is stripped down to the essentials, encouraging focus on what matters: extracting and storing your dreams before they disappear. Key Features Immersive Terminal Interface A unique green-on-black CRT-inspired design, complete with subtle scan lines and glitches for an atmospheric, immersive experience. Quick Capture Record dreams instantly via text or voice input, so you don’t lose details in the waking blur. Tag & Vibe System Assign moods, themes, and custom tags to each dream for easy browsing and personal categorization. Lock What Must Stay Hidden Secure specific entries with an encrypted lock. Some dreams are meant for your eyes only. Local-Only by Design All data is stored locally on your device. No accounts. No cloud sync. No tracking. Your dreams are yours. Offline Functionality Works without an internet connection, so you can write anywhere, even off the grid. Why sleep.exe? Dreams are more than fleeting stories; they are fragments of your mind’s inner workings. By framing the journaling process as a preservation protocol inside a retro-futuristic environment, sleep.exe turns memory-keeping into something tangible, almost cinematic. Whether you’re a lucid dreamer, a writer seeking inspiration, or simply someone who wants to keep their inner world alive, sleep.exe offers a calm, focused, and secure space for your most fragile memories. Your subconscious is speaking. Capture it before it’s gone.

Wajed tells you who to reach out to today, reminds you what they told you, and helps you follow up at the right time. A friend has a job interview on Monday. You write it down. A week later, Wajed reminds you to ask how it went. WRITE DOWN WHAT MATTERS • Keep a memory after a call, a coffee or a visit: a few words, a photo, a video or a voice note. • One memory can be about several people and appears on each of their profiles. • Voice notes are written out on your iPhone, so you can search what was said. KNOW WHO TO REACH TODAY • Follow-ups: turn anything someone told you into a question to ask later. • Reconnect: choose how often you want to talk to someone, and see when it has been too long. • Occasions: anniversaries and the dates that matter to them. • Events: dinners and gatherings, created in Wajed or read from your iPhone calendar. WALK IN PREPARED • Before a call or a dinner, see what to ask each person and the last time you were together. • Keep a short list of what to bring. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN • Widgets show the next person to reach and the one thing to say. • A notification arrives when it is time to ask. PRIVATE • No account and no sign-up. • Your people and memories are stored on your iPhone. • Lock Wajed with Face ID. • Back up to your own iCloud, encrypted on your iPhone. Wajed is a relationship journal, a friend reminder and people notes in one place. Think of it as a personal CRM for family and friends, not for business. WAJED PRO Wajed is free for up to 10 people, with unlimited written memories. Wajed Pro adds unlimited people, photos and videos in memories, and voice note recording.
