Every message, photo, file, and reaction is end-to-end encrypted on your device using MLS (RFC 9420) before it ever touches a server. We store and route ciphertext we cannot read — not for analytics, not for advertising, not on request. WHAT WE DO PROCESS Account basics (name, email), routing metadata (who is in which channel, timestamps, delivery markers), and call signaling (who called whom, when, for how long).
