Quit more than one habit at once β and keep every day you earn. Most quit trackers ask you to pick a single habit. Real life rarely works that way. In Lotus every habit you are leaving behind gets its own card, its own live streak, its own history and its own milestones. TRACK WHAT MATTERS TO YOU β’ Social media, gaming, alcohol, smoking, junk food, adult content β or name your own β’ A live counter for each one: days, hours, minutes β’ Milestones at 1, 3, 7, 14, 30, 90, 180 and 365 days, celebrated the moment you reach them QUIT AT ONCE, OR CUT DOWN TO QUIT For every habit, you choose. Quit completely and the counter grows every day. Or cut down to quit: start with a daily target, log each one with a single tap, and the target drops week by week until it reaches zero. Going over your target is never called a failure and nothing resets; every day you spent on target keeps counting. When you are ready, switch to quitting completely with one tap. Available for smoking, alcohol, junk food and your own habits. FOR PEOPLE QUITTING SMOKING β’ Cigarettes not smoked and money saved β’ What recovers in your body, from 20 minutes to 15 years, based on the World Health Organization timeline (for information only) WHEN A CRAVING HITS Tap "Craving" and ride it out. Ten minutes on the clock, a guided breathing rhythm with gentle vibration, and a few words to hold on to. Every craving you ride out is recorded β so you can look back and see exactly how many you have already survived. ONE MINUTE EACH EVENING Note your day with one tap: your mood, what was going on (stress, tiredness, lonelinessβ¦) and a few words if you like. Over time you see which days bring more cravings. Like everything else, your notes stay on your phone. A SETBACK IS NOT A FAILURE Log it, add a note to your future self if you want, and start again. Nothing you built is erased: past streaks, cravings survived and money not spent all stay in your history. There is no shaming language anywhere in this app. SEE HOW FAR YOU HAVE COME β’ Cravings ridden out against cravings given in, over the last 14 days β’ Your streak history, and the longest streak you have ever held β’ Money not spent, for the habits that cost money β’ Share your progress whenever you want to β the card never names which habit it is YOUR DATA NEVER LEAVES YOUR PHONE No account. No sign-up. No servers. No analytics, no trackers, no ads. Everything is stored in a database on your device. When you want a backup, you export a file yourself and keep it wherever you choose β and you can restore it the same way. FIVE LANGUAGES, DONE PROPERLY English, EspaΓ±ol, TΓΌrkΓ§e, Ψ§ΩΨΉΨ±Ψ¨ΩΨ© and δΈζ β including a genuine right-to-left interface for Arabic, not just translated text. FREE AND PREMIUM Your first 14 days include everything: up to 3 habits and all statistics. After that, one habit stays free forever with every feature above; the others pause and keep their history until you upgrade. Premium β monthly, yearly with a 7-day free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase β removes the limit and adds craving patterns β which days and which hours cravings reach you hardest β plus 30- and 90-day activity charts. Those are calculated on your device too. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time in your store account settings. When cutting down, the daily target and logging are always free; the automatic weekly plan, a quit date and delay reminders are Premium. In the journal the last 7 days are always free; full history, note search and trigger insights are Premium. Lotus is a tracking and motivation tool.
