About

gentz

Features

Gentz is a mobile companion for your AI agents. Check on the agents running on your computer, give them new tasks, respond to their approval requests, and run agents with local models on your iPhone. CONTROL YOUR DESKTOP AGENTS Pair Gentz with agents you already use on your computer: Claude Code, Codex, Gentzo and Hermes Agent. Then, from your iPhone: - Start a task and follow its progress. - Get a notification when an agent asks for your approval, then approve or decline it. - See what your scheduled agents have done and what's waiting on you. - Continue a conversation with an agent that you started on your computer. Your agents keep running on your own computer with your files and settings. Gentz connects only to computers you pair with it, and you can unpair a computer at any time. AGENTS ON YOUR iPHONE Gentz can run agents with small AI models on your iPhone. You choose which model to download. Once a model is downloaded: - Agents can run on your iPhone without an internet connection. - When you use a local model, your prompts and its responses are processed on your device. - Agents can work with your apps through Shortcuts and links to help with everyday tasks. SHARED COMPUTING WITH ALPHAWEB If you've been approved to join an AlphaWeb network, you can connect Gentz to it. Agent work is then shared between your iPhone and the network: lighter tasks run on your iPhone, and larger tasks run on the network's computers. Your iPhone contributes only while Gentz is open and only when you turn sharing on. You can turn it off at any time in Settings. MEET GENTZ Gentz, the app's pocket-sized clown, is the quick, dapper messenger of the troupe. The color of his nose shows the status of your agents: - Cyan: an agent is working. - Green: a task is done. - Amber: an agent is waiting for your approval. - Red: something needs your attention. - Unlit: there's no data yet. WORKS WITH - Claude Code - Codex - Gentzo for macOS, for building, scheduling and managing business agents - Hermes Agent - AlphaWeb networks Gentz is the mobile companion to Gentzo. Gentzo runs your agents on your Mac, and Gentz keeps you connected to them on your iPhone. Some features require a paired computer running a supported agent, or approved access to an AlphaWeb network. Results from AI models can be inaccurate, so review important output before you rely on it. Claude Code, Codex and Hermes Agent are trademarks of their respective owners. Gentz is an independent app and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by them.
