You train three times a week. Ask yourself what you got caught with last month. Most of us can't answer. The rounds blur together, the same mistakes keep happening, and progress feels like luck. Rolls is a training log and technique library built for BJJ. Log your session in a minute after class. Over a few weeks your game shows up in plain numbers: what you finish, where you get tapped, which positions you win and which ones you lose. Pay once. No subscription. No account. Your training stays on your phone. LOG A SESSION IN A MINUTE - Time spent drilling, positional sparring and rolling - Submissions you finished and submissions you got caught in - Positions you won and positions you lost - Notes for the details you want to remember - Add your own positions if something is missing SEE YOUR GAME - A-Game: the submissions and positions that work for you - To Improve: where you keep getting tapped or losing position - Switch between this week, this month and this year - A calendar with every session and a weekly goal ring for your training days - Share a session card when you have a good week STUDY THE MOVE, NOT THE INTRO - 100 positions across guards, top control, leg entanglements, submissions and standing - Each one breaks down the key details, common setups, what goes wrong and how to fix it - Over 100 short videos walk through the transitions step by step, with no intros and no filler SHOW UP ON YOUR DAYS Pick the days you train and Rolls reminds you that evening to log the session while it's still fresh. YOURS FOR GOOD One price, every feature, every update. No subscription to cancel, no sign-in, no account to lose. Technique videos stream, so they need a connection. Everything else works offline. Built for every belt. White belts use it to see their first patterns. Blue and purple belts use it to find the holes that keep costing them rounds. Brown and black belts use it to keep the details sharp. BJJ Journey is an AI training journal for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Step on the mat with a plan, talk for 60 seconds after class, and the app turns it into a Reflection, counts your numbers, spots the patterns in your game and tells you what to work on next. STEP ON THE MAT WITH A PLAN • Challenge of the Day: one concrete goal for today's rolls, with something to count. Example: "Every time you get passed, reach a hip escape within 3 seconds. Five times." • What to work on: this week's focus and two drills, built for your belt and your game • A Home Screen widget with today's challenge and a one-tap Debrief, then your streak once you've logged JUST TALK. AI TAKES THE NOTES. • Tap the mic after class and answer three prompts: what you drilled and rolled, what worked and where you got stuck (and how many taps, given and taken), and whether you tried today's challenge • Lock your phone or lose signal: your Debrief is saved and analyzed anyway, with a notification when the Reflection is ready FILM A ROLL • Record a roll or pick one from your library (up to 10 minutes) and tell the AI which athlete is you • The AI marks the key moments on a timeline (positions, sweeps, passes, submissions, mistakes) and shows how much of the roll you spent on top, on bottom and standing • Up to 8 video analyses a month AN AI REFLECTION AFTER EVERY SESSION • Summary, AI score, what went well, what needs work (with the cause and a concrete fix), what to study and a focus for next class, calibrated to your belt • The AI reads from your Debrief whether you did the challenge, and the next one adapts on its own YOUR NUMBERS • Say it in the Debrief ("four rolls, two triangles, got armbarred once") and the session keeps count: rolls, submissions, taps, sweeps and passes • Your profile adds it up month by month, with your favorite submission and what catches you most • Only what you said counts, and any number can be corrected in one tap A COACH THAT REMEMBERS YOU • Pattern spotted: "Side Control came up as a struggle in 6 of your last 8 sessions." • A weekly report every Monday with your stats, a coach note and one focus for the week • A monthly recap in story format: sessions, mat hours, most drilled position and your archetype YOUR BELT JOURNEY • Tell the app when you got your belt and your last stripe: it shows your time at each rank, and the sessions and mat hours since • Mention a new stripe in your Debrief and the app asks if it's official, then celebrates it with a card to share • A timeline of your milestones: first session, 10, 25, 50 and 100 sessions, streak records, belts and stripes SHARE YOUR PROGRESS • Story-ready cards for Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp, for sessions and promotions • Roast my session: three brutally honest lines about your jiu-jitsu plus one real tip • Every number on a card is counted from your sessions, never made up BUILT AROUND YOUR TRAINING WEEK • Set your training days and when class ends: your challenge comes before class and the Debrief reminder right after • A calendar of every training day and your streak of weeks on the mats BJJ JOURNEY PRO SUBSCRIPTION • BJJ Journey Pro is required to use the app • Yearly or monthly plan • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within those last 24 hours • Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → your name → Subscriptions • Prices are shown in the app in your local currency Questions: raf@bjjjourney.com Privacy Policy: bjjjourney.com/privacy Terms of Use (EULA): bjjjourney.com/terms
