Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: EAS Tools at 69% against Tornado Warning & Tracker Live's 20%. EAS Tools also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2). Both are free to download. Tornado Warning & Tracker Live sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. EAS Tools asks for nothing beyond the download.
Tornado Warning & Tracker Live holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tornado Warning & Tracker Live has 164 ratings behind it against 17, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of Tornado Warning & Tracker Live's written reviews are positive against 69% of EAS Tools's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
