About

Stark Gym

Stark is your gym logbook: plan your routines, log every set in a second and see your lifts climb week after week. Logging workouts is free, with no limits. The app's interface is in Spanish. ONE SET, ONE GESTURE Open your workout and the set you're on fills the screen: the weight, the reps and the bar drawn with its plates. Drag to adjust the weight, set the reps and swipe up to log it. The next set opens on the numbers you just lifted. EVERY PR, THE MOMENT YOU HIT IT When a set beats your best estimated 1RM, Stark stamps it as a personal record on the spot. When you finish, each session becomes a poster with your volume, your sets and your records, ready to share with a QR code that leads to Stark. YOUR REST, ALWAYS IN VIEW Logging a set starts your rest. Follow it in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen, add 15 seconds or log the next set without opening the app. Stark remembers how long you rest on each exercise. ROUTINES AND PROGRAMS Build routines by training day, start from one of the free programs in the library, or let the onboarding questions build one for you. Share routines as .stark files. BRING YOUR HISTORY Import your workouts from the CSV file other workout apps export. Before importing you see how many workouts and sets come in and which Stark exercise each one maps to. MORE THAN 1,000 EXERCISES Videos and instructions, favorites and muscle-group filters. Add your own exercises, with a photo, to match your equipment. WIDGETS AND CONTROL CENTER The "Tu semana" widget shows this week's workouts against your goal and your streak; "Tu entrenamiento" shows your next training day with a button to start it. On iOS 18 or later, a Control Center control logs your next set. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR IPHONE No account, no ads and no tracking. Your workouts are stored on your device. Purchases and restoring them need an internet connection. STARK PRO Free: unlimited logging, your full history, records and posters, your routines and three programs. Stark Pro adds: β€’ Suggested weights: Stark suggests the weight for every set from your history and progression profile, and tells you why. β€’ Every program in the library. β€’ Progress and stats: a chart for every exercise and, in the Cuerpo tab, the muscle map and your recovery. β€’ Form check: record a set and review your reps and estimated effort, on your iPhone. β€’ Coach: a note after every workout and an export of your data to analyze it with AI. On supported iPhones running iOS 26 with Apple Intelligence turned on, the coach runs on the device. Stark Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Before you buy you'll see the price and, if your account can claim it, the introductory offer and the price charged when it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. The lifetime purchase is a single payment with no renewal.
