Qualifying as a Real Estate Professional under IRS rules requires 750 hours of documented material participation — and that documentation needs to hold up to scrutiny. REPS Tracker & Log makes that easy. Log every hour across your entire portfolio, organized by property and activity type. When tax season arrives, your records are complete, accurate, and ready to share with your CPA. Progress Dashboard See your total hours at a glance against the 750-hour threshold. A live progress bar and activity breakdown chart show exactly where you stand and how your time is distributed across categories. Fast Activity Logging Add a session in seconds. Describe the work, pick a date, enter hours, assign a category and property — done. Use the built-in voice input to dictate entries without typing. Multi-Property Tracking Manage time across your entire portfolio. Each property gets its own record, so you always know exactly how many hours you've invested in each asset. Category Tagging Assign every activity to the right category: Financing & Insurance, Acquisition & Disposition, Renovation & Improvements, Property Management, and more. The granularity the IRS expects, without the overhead. History & Audit Trail Every logged session is saved in a searchable, filterable history. Edit or delete entries anytime. Filter by category to review specific activity types. Export Reports Generate a CSV export of your full activity log on demand. Share it directly with your accountant or keep it as a backup alongside your tax filings. Download REPS Tracker & Log and turn your hard work into documented, defensible proof of professional status.
