HOME A collection of active vows - title, duration, visualization, icon, goal, and progress. VOW DETAILS • Clear progress overview. • Full-period calendar: mark days complete/incomplete and add daily notes. • Reminders to confirm your practice each day. • Add an image to visualize your aim. • Share a progress image to social apps. • Move into completion when you’re ready. COMPLETION FLOW Record success or failure, confirm the outcome, share a completion image, or restart your vow if you want a fresh attempt. APP SETTINGS Upgrade to Premium, change language, manage notifications and a daily reminder time, enable Dark Mode and haptics, read a concise explanation of what a vow practice means in this context, and contact support. FREE VS PREMIUM Without Premium, you can create up to two vows at a time. Premium unlocks advanced vow customization settings - edit the vow title, adjust duration, choose an icon, pick a card color, and refine your goal description. Research on gratitude shows that writing down positive moments each day can lift your mood, reduce stress, and improve well-being over time.With Happy Five, you don't need to set anything up. Every day a new card appears with 5 spots. Just write what you enjoyed: a good coffee, a nice message, a walk, a funny moment, anything. It takes almost no time. When you want to look back, use the search bar to find and sort past entries, or export them anytime in CSV or PDF format.You can also rate your day with a quick slider, set reminders that only trigger if you forgot to fill in your card, view statistics, see the current moon phase and holiday information, and add or delete a day if needed.
