Craving Cat helps you interrupt compulsive app use before it turns into another long scroll. Instead of guilt or shame, it gives you a gentle pause right when you need it: when you are about to reopen the apps you keep getting stuck in. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Choose the apps that are hardest to stop • Set a daily total limit and a single-session limit for each app • Use Apple's Screen Time protection to block impulse re-entry • Long-press the cat for a brief breathing reset • Keep setup free, then unlock native protection with trial, monthly, or one-time access WHY IT FEELS DIFFERENT Craving Cat is built for digital wellbeing, not self-judgment. No shame-driven charts. No productivity theater. Just a real pause, a softer visual language, and a breathing moment that helps you step out of autopilot. BEST FOR • Social media doomscrolling • Repeated impulse opens • Late-night overuse • People who want a kinder app blocker Craving Cat uses Apple's Screen Time APIs. You choose what to manage, and your data stays on-device.
