Echo Motion is a local-first training archive. It reads workouts from Apple Health to help you understand long-term effort, preserve your own words, and hear how your training changes over time. 1. See long-term progress Review total duration, session counts, and trends by workout type. Choose a time range and switch among weekly, monthly, and yearly views. 2. Choose your visual language Switch anytime among Default, ECG Illustrated, Cooper Soft Color, Mental Journal, and Field Zine. Your data stays the same while the entire archive takes on a different visual voice. 3. Explore each workout When data is available, view energy, average heart rate, heart-rate charts and estimated zones, plus distance and pace for walking, running, and hiking. 4. Capture workout reflections Write up to 2,000 characters about how training felt, what you learned, and what to carry forward. A reflection can stay unlinked or be connected, moved, or disconnected from a workout later. 5. Hear a Weekly Echo Weekly Echo turns one completed Monday–Sunday week of workout facts and reflections into a concise, thoughtful recap. One free preview is available. Continued generations require a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription. Saved echoes remain on your device and stay readable offline. 6. Back up and restore manually Echo Motion Backup includes workout reflections and saved Weekly Echoes. You decide when to export one ZIP backup and where to keep it; backups are never uploaded automatically. 7. Keep a steady rhythm Enable local post-workout reflection reminders for selected sports. Duration milestones and backup reminders help make progress visible without adding an account or social feed. Privacy by design Apple Health data is read-only and is never written back. Core statistics, reflections, backups, milestones, and local reminders remain available offline. Weekly Echo is user initiated, requires separate consent, and sends only the disclosed workout type, time, duration, and selected reflection text needed for that generation. Echo Motion contains no ads and requires no account. Weekly Echo subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
