Procrastination Solved vs Liftoff

Acty is here to help with your procrastination. Unlike other anti-procrastination apps, we will not try to induce "discipline" or track your habits. Procrastination is not about laziness or time management. It is about fears and unpleasant emotions. We will identify the core reason for your avoidance and develop a way to address it, so you understand the real conflict or fear you are facing. Which will lead to less procrastination and more action. You know what to do. You just can't make yourself begin. That gap—between knowing and starting—isn't laziness. It's activation energy, and some days it's heavy. Liftoff is built for exactly that moment. Name the one smallest first move. Feel the haptic 3·2·1 countdown. On zero, you're going. That's the whole ritual—about ten seconds—and it works because it lowers the cost of starting until it's smaller than your resistance. GRAVITY, NOT GRIT Liftoff doesn't ask you to try harder. It makes beginning easier. A warm countdown you can feel, a rising gold "thrust," and a calm two-minute window on your Lock Screen—never a red timer, never a deadline. Breaking orbit is the hard part. Once you're moving, momentum does the rest. YOU DON'T HAVE TO FINISH You just have to start. If two minutes is all you've got today, that still counts as liftoff. We celebrate beginning, never punish a miss. NO STREAKS TO BREAK Streaks punish the exact people who need help most. Instead, every start you make becomes a star in your Launch Sky—a constellation that only ever grows. A quiet week leaves it exactly as bright as you left it. BUILT FOR THE MOMENT OF STARTING • Haptic 3·2·1 launch ritual—the signature move • Two-minute Live Activity on the Lock Screen (gentle, never alarming) • Launch Sky: your starts, as a growing constellation • One-tap launch from the Lock Screen and Home Screen • A share that's actually fun: a cinematic ignition video of your start • No ads. No accounts. Everything stays on your device. LIFTOFF PRO The core ritual is free, forever. Pro adds the cinematic share video, momentum insights, and the full launch kit—$5.99/month or $34.99/year, with the first week free. Liftoff is a focus and activation tool, not medical treatment.
