See the days ahead as one exact, chronological list—not a grid you have to decode. Calindex brings Apple Calendar and Apple Reminders together in one calm timeline. Open the app, see the dates that actually contain something, and know what comes next. KNOW EXACTLY WHAT’S AHEAD Browse Today, Tomorrow, or any range through 1 year. Move naturally into monthly groups, jump to a date, search your schedule, filter calendars and reminder lists, and collapse sections when you want a quieter overview. Choose comfortable or compact rows without losing the date. ADD PLANS IN PLAIN ENGLISH Type a natural phrase to create an event or reminder. Calindex shows the title, date, time, duration, and calendar or reminder list before anything is saved. Clear phrases can be added immediately; uncertain details go to review first. CALENDAR + REMINDERS, TOGETHER See timed reminders beside events, dated reminders in the all-day area, and undated reminders in To Schedule. Create, reschedule, edit, complete, or delete reminders from the agenda while Apple Reminders remains the source of truth. TURN MESSY NOTES INTO REAL EVENTS Paste or scan a message, email, itinerary, or rough schedule. Calindex identifies possible events on device, separates ready items from uncertain ones, and lets you review every date, time, location, and all-day plan before adding anything to Apple Calendar. KEEP WHAT’S NEXT IN VIEW Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets surface upcoming events and reminders. Pin the next event as a Live Activity, or check today and capture a reminder from the Apple Watch app. Watch complications keep the next plan close without opening your phone. SUMMARIES ON YOUR TIME Daily Summary and Tomorrow Preview can each be off or scheduled for the exact time you choose. Set a default event duration from 15 minutes through 3 hours, then adjust any individual plan as needed. USEFUL DETAILS, NOT PRODUCTIVITY SCORES Join supported video meetings, open directions, share plans, edit writable events, add Apple Calendar alerts, and reuse recent-event suggestions. Optional on-device insights show busy time, open gaps, short buffers, and conflicts without judging or replanning your day. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No Calindex account. No advertising. No tracking. No analytics server. Calendar data, reminder data, note processing, notifications, and optional import history stay on your device. Calindex is not another calendar to maintain. It is a clearer way to use the Apple Calendar and Reminders you already have.
