PREMIUM β€” PURCHASE REQUIRED: All features described below are part of Pro and require a purchase: a weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. You already know this board. To-do, Doing, Done β€” the workflow every kanban tool teaches, minus everything that gets in its way. ToDoBoard is a simple kanban board for one person: no account, no team invites, no sync setup. Open it, type a card, drag it across. Most board apps assume you are a team of twelve. They want a login, a workspace name, and a tour of features you will never touch. ToDoBoard assumes you are one person with real work to move: three columns on a clean board, cards you can drag with a thumb, and a database that lives entirely on your iPhone. WHAT YOU GET β€’ Three columns β€” To do, Doing, Done β€” and a card crosses them with a single drag β€’ A new card takes two seconds: type in the bar at the top and tap the color dot to mark it High, Med, or Low β€’ Open Insights on Friday and see the bars: how many cards you actually finished on each of the last 7 days β€’ When Done overflows, archive the whole column in one tap β€” the cards leave the board but the history stays browsable β€’ Columns named your way β€” "Ideas, Drafting, Sent" reads better than someone else's labels β€” plus a fourth Backlog column when three are not enough β€’ A loud day filters down to High only, and everything else waits quietly off screen PERFECT FOR β€’ Freelancers moving client work through stages without a heavyweight team tool β€’ Students dragging this week's assignments from To-do to Done β€’ Side-project builders who want one board on the phone, not another workspace β€’ Anyone who thinks in boards, not in one endless scrolling list WHY NOT JUST A TO-DO LIST? A list only knows two states: not done and done. A board shows the middle β€” the card that has been sitting in Doing for three days, which a list would happily hide. Seeing work move is the point, and dragging a card into Done beats tapping a checkbox every time. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your cards never leave this device. There is no account to create, no analytics, no ads, and no server on our side at all. Delete the app and every card goes with it β€” there is nothing to request from anyone. PREMIUM (PURCHASE REQUIRED) ToDoBoard requires a purchase after onboarding. Choose a weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime unlock β€” every plan opens the full app: the unlimited board, renamed columns and the fourth Backlog column, the priority filter, Insights, and the browsable archive. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings. Download ToDoBoard, drag your first card into Doing, and watch the week start moving.
