AcuPresence® is an embodied practice of Frequency Medicine - a living art of self-healing and embodiment that helps you realign with your innate state of love, coherence, and presence. Through guided audio practices based on acupuncture points, the app supports relaxation, awareness, and self-care in a simple, accessible way. Founder Alaya DeNoyelles has been developing AcuPresence® for over 10 years. Hundreds of curated audios, images, teachings, and creative resources have been woven together to bring this healing art into the hands of humanity — distilled into something deeply empowering and easy to use. Rooted in the wisdom of Classical Chinese Acupuncture, AcuPresence translates the ancient language of Qi into a modern practice of presence and attunement. It is founded on the understanding that everything in existence — your body, your emotions, your thoughts — is vibration. When these vibrations are coherent, we experience harmony, clarity, and vitality. When they fall out of tune, imbalance can appear as pain, fatigue, or disconnection. THE ESSENCE OF THE PRACTICE Through the gentle practice of attunement — bringing awareness to specific acupuncture points, or Sacred Sites within the body, and gently stimulating them with your fingertip or a chosen tool — you begin to engage their coherent vibrational frequencies. This restores Qi, our life force, back into movement and coherence. We engage the innate wisdom of the body, whose natural orientation is always toward harmony, homeostasis, and balance. Each Sacred Site carries a unique light code — a precise frequency that reflects your original wholeness. As you attune to these frequencies, your body, perception, and emotions begin to recalibrate toward greater coherence and connection. AcuPresence invites you to experience medicine not as something external, but as a state of being — the art of remembering that you are made of light, and that through presence, you become the medicine you seek. WHO IS ACUPRESENCE® FOR? AcuPresence® is designed for people of all ages. When guided by a caregiver, children can benefit deeply. It is also used as a professional tool in acupuncture practices, massage, sound healing, yoga, therapy sessions, and more. It can be experienced anywhere — at home, in the office, on a train, or on an airplane — making this practice accessible wherever you are. Self-care and self-love at your fingertips, every day.
