Date Tracker helps you log your dates, notice your patterns, and date with intention instead of just winging it. It's a private space to keep track of who you're seeing, how you feel, and who's actually a great match for you. When you track your dates, you can easily figure out who you want to keep dating and who's not a match without having to run to your group chat for every decision. What you can do: - Log each date, including how you felt and what you learned - Reflect on between-date texting and communication - Spot patterns across the people you've dated: who you pick, what hooks you, where it tends to go sideways - Track why connections end, and what you can learn from them - Check the pulse on a connection and see whether it's building or stalling - Keep everyone you're currently seeing organized in one private, judgment-free place - Get guidance and resources along the way, plus quick answers to dating FAQ so you don't get stuck Who it's for: You've done the work. You know your attachment style. You're looking for the real deal, and you're tired of dating in circles. Date Tracker is built for intentional, self-aware dating, not endless swiping. Created by Talia Koren, host of the Dating Intentionally podcast, who tracked all of her dates in her notes app with an emoji key. With the help of her dating reflection log, Talia met her husband on a dating app after going on 150ish first dates with over 60 people in 10 months. Dating doesn't have to feel like guesswork. Start seeing what's actually going on, and date like you mean it. Terms of Service: https://www.thedatetracker.com/terms

Log is a private journal for your dating life. Every person you date gets a log: photos, ratings, green and red flags, the stories worth keeping, and every date you've been on together. Nothing leaves your phone. No account, no cloud, no sign-up — just your journal, behind Face ID. KEEP A LOG FOR EVERYONE Photos, nationality, job, city, the vibe in one line. Rate what actually matters — Orgasmeter, Kissing, Husband material, Communication — and Log works out one honest overall score. FLAGS, STORIES, EVERYTHING Tap once for a green flag, twice for red, or write your own. Keep how you met, the memorable moments, and the comments you'd never say out loud. A DIARY FOR EVERY DATE Log each date with a rating, notes and photos from that night. See it all in a calendar, and edit any entry whenever you remember more. YOUR MAP Add a city and it lands on the map automatically. See where your love life actually happened, and how far it has travelled. STATS YOU'D NEVER KEEP YOURSELF Podium, dates per month, achievements, and the numbers nobody writes down. LOG WRAPPED Your year in review, story by story. Best overall, best kisser, and the red flag you keep collecting. HEAD TO HEAD Compare two logs across every metric and get a verdict. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything is stored on this device only. Face ID on open, auto-lock when you switch apps. The only thing Log ever sends anywhere is a city name, to place your pin on the map. LOG PRO — one-time purchase Free: 3 logs, map, search, all core editing. Pro: unlimited logs, Log Wrapped, Head to head compare, encrypted backup & export. Pay once, keep it forever. And yes — the price is on purpose.

Verdict
Date Tracker and Log are too close to call on the numbers: across 5 compared parameters — price, ads, in-app purchases and device support among them — neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Date Tracker sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per 3 months and Log sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
