Never Lose Track of Your Blocks Again Managing paraffin blocks can be stressful, time-consuming, and sometimes frustrating. As a histology technician, you know how easy it is for a block to go missing even when it’s right in front of you. That’s why BlockFinder was created: to simplify block tracking, save time, and reduce stress in your lab workflow. Why BlockFinder? Visual block tracking: Take a photo of paraffin block piles or upload an existing image. Accession number search: Type in the accession number you’re looking for, and BlockFinder instantly highlights the exact location in the photo. Fast and accurate: No more searching the same box multiple times. Lab-friendly interface: Clean, intuitive design made specifically for histotechs. Focus on your work, not on hunting for blocks. How It Works: Take a photo of your paraffin block storage. Enter the accession number. BlockFinder highlights the block on the photo instantly so we can stop worrying about lost blocks and start focusing on the work that matters. Get organized. Save time. Reduce stress.

A calculation tool implementing the published TNM staging classifications. It reports only what those classifications define; it does not make diagnostic, prognostic or treatment judgements. A calculated stage is reference material; medical judgement must always be confirmed by the treating clinician. ■ About CarrotStage CarrotStage is a TNM cancer staging calculator for healthcare professionals. Enter the staging elements — T, N, M and whatever else a chapter defines — and it returns the stage group. It follows AJCC 9th / UICC 9th, and the 8th edition where that is still current for a cancer. It cuts out looking up and cross-checking staging tables at the point of care, and shows the reasoning alongside the result so it can be verified. ■ Coverage The major cancers of the regions below. Coverage continues to expand. Thorax: Lung, Diffuse Pleural Mesothelioma, Thymus Head and neck: Nasopharynx, Oropharynx (HPV-associated and p16-negative), Hypopharynx, Larynx, Lip and Oral Cavity, Nasal Cavity and Paranasal Sinuses, Salivary Gland Carcinoma, Mucosal Melanoma of the Head and Neck, Cutaneous Carcinoma of the Head and Neck, Cervical Nodes & Unknown Primary Female reproductive organs: Ovary, Fallopian Tube & Primary Peritoneal, Corpus Uteri Carcinoma, Corpus Uteri Sarcoma, Cervix Uteri, Vulva, Vagina, Gestational Trophoblastic Neoplasm Upper gastrointestinal tract: Esophagus & Esophagogastric Junction, Stomach, Small Intestine The current list is always available from the menu at the top of the app. ■ What it does · Shows the reasoning, not just the answer It shows step by step which criterion produced T2 rather than T3, so the result can be verified instead of taken on trust. · Makes contradictory input structurally impossible Choose carcinoma in situ and the nodal fields are disabled; with no nodes, the ENE switch locks. Impossible combinations are never formed. · Keeps clinical and pathological apart cTNM and pTNM use different criteria. Switching track switches the input fields to match. · Does not hide its sources Each cancer states the edition applied and the material behind it. Where sources read differently, a warning names the criterion this app applied. · Korean and English, and a tablet layout In landscape a tablet shows inputs and result side by side. On Android 13 and above you can set a language for this app alone. ■ Privacy · Staging requires no internet connection · Nothing you enter is stored or transmitted · No accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no usage analytics · No device permissions are requested Used where patient information is handled, the app has no communication path at all. ■ Who it is for Physicians, pathologists, cancer registrars, medical trainees and other healthcare professionals. It is not a consumer health information app, and it is not a tool for patient self-diagnosis. ■ Sources Staging criteria were implemented from the literature that published each classification and from official staging materials. Each screen states the edition applied and the nature of the evidence, so you can judge whether to check the original. Classifications are revised over time. Please confirm the current criteria against the official materials of the responsible bodies. ■ Notices This app is not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by the AJCC (American Joint Committee on Cancer), the UICC (Union for International Cancer Control), the IASLC (International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer) or the CAP (College of American Pathologists). For medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, always consult a qualified healthcare professional. ■ Developer Developed by Mediprism. ■ Contact mediprism@mediprism.net Telling us the app version, device model and cancer concerned speeds things up.
