Coursework management that works with your brain, not against it. StudiFoca is a course planner for students, designed with neurodivergent brains in mind. Your courses, assignments, assessments, class meetings, grades, and remaining work, all in one place. - Course and Term Setup Set up your academic term and courses manually, import from a Canvas or Brightspace iCal feed, or start from a PDF syllabus. Class meeting times import when your school's feed includes them; due dates always do. - PDF Syllabus Import Choose a syllabus PDF and StudiFoca suggests the course details, meeting times, and instructor details, read on your device by Apple Intelligence. On iOS 27 or later, an optional setting—Read coursework with Private Cloud Compute—also finds the assignments and exams, with due dates where the syllabus gives them. It sends the syllabus text to Apple's Private Cloud Compute, never to StudiFoca's developer. It's off by default, and Apple sets a daily usage limit. Everything suggested can be reviewed and adjusted before anything is added. On-device reading requires iOS 26 and a device that supports Apple Intelligence. - Assignment and Assessment Tracking Assignments and assessments support due dates, point values, and weighted categories. Courses can use letter grades with or without plus/minus, S/P/F, Pass/Fail, or Audit. For letter-graded courses, add each grade as results post and your current grade updates—pick a target grade and see the average you still need to reach it. - Step-by-Step Breakdown Every assignment can be broken into steps, each sized in minutes of work. Steps unlock one at a time as earlier ones are completed, keeping the next action clear without extra planning overhead. - Workload Heat Map Your semester's workload at a glance: by week, month, or full term. The heat map forecasts when each assignment's work is likely to happen—on the days you've scheduled steps, from a start date you've set, or in the stretch before it's due—and shows how much of each day it takes. Exams count too. - Agenda A day-by-day view of classes and due items, including the steps you've scheduled for assignments already underway. - Calendar and Reminders Optionally sync class meetings and assignment and assessment due dates to your calendar, and scheduled steps to Reminders. StudiFoca writes to whichever account your device already uses for new events—iCloud for most people, or a Google or work account if that's your default. Once synced, your schedule is available in every app that reads your calendar, including Siri. - Widgets Home Screen widgets show today's classes and what's due today, at a glance. - iPhone Duo and iPad StudiFoca works on both iPhone Duo displays, with tabs and controls in the side rail. On wider screens, the Agenda shows several days side by side. Free tier: 1 term, 2 courses, all features. Full Load: unlimited terms and courses. One-time purchase. No subscriptions. No account required. No data collected by StudiFoca. Your coursework stays on your device unless you turn on calendar sync or Private Cloud Compute coursework reading.
Syllabus Planner

Syllabus Planner is a study planner for college and university exams: it tells you what to study today, page by page. Not another calendar: a plan that rebuilds itself. Tell it which exams you have, which books they cover, and how many hours a week you actually get. Syllabus Planner works backwards from your exam dates and tells you what to study today: which pages, from which subject, for how long. Skip a day? The plan redraws. Move faster than expected? It redraws too. You never start over because life got in the way. UPLOAD THE SYLLABUS, DON'T RETYPE IT A photo or a PDF of the course outline: it picks out subjects, exam dates, credits and chapters. Then it asks you to confirm each one — nothing is created behind your back. The reading happens on your device, and the document never leaves it. WHEN YOU FALL BEHIND IT SAYS SO, AND OFFERS THREE WAYS BACK Spread the backlog across every day left, clear it in the next few days, or keep your days as they are. Each with the real before-and-after numbers, not a pep talk. FOCUS A timer for the study session, with pause. On stop it logs the minutes you actually spent — and that is what teaches the app your real pace, instead of trusting the estimates you gave it on day one. THE DAY, NOT THE SEMESTER Today's screen answers one question: what do I do now. The calendar and the countdown for every exam are there, one step behind. A TUTOR THAT KNOWS YOUR PLAN Connect an AI model with your own key and it can quiz you, explain a topic, or reshape your day when you only have an hour. If it proposes a change to the plan, you apply it with one tap: it never touches anything on its own. LECTURES, SPACED REVIEW AND MOCK EXAMS Add your lecture timetable and study moves around it, without losing any hours. What you study comes back in short reviews after 1, 3, 7 and 14 days. A mock exam a few days before the real one, Focus in 25 and 5-minute cycles that stays on the Lock Screen, and a notebook that quizzes you. ON IPHONE, IPAD AND MAC The same app, shaped for each screen — and the same plan. What you tick off on the Mac in the morning is already there on your phone in the afternoon. WHERE YOUR DATA LIVES On your device, and in your own iCloud. Exams, material and logged hours follow you across iPhone, iPad and Mac: they stay under your Apple Account, never pass through a server of ours, and we cannot read them. No account to create, no ads, no tracking. The tutor stays off until you connect a model yourself, and notifications and calendar stay off until you switch them on. Syllabus Planner is free for one exam. For as many as you like, the full plan unlocks by semester, by year, or once, for good. Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Syllabus Planner at daily against StudiFoca's every 5 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
