Getting a break reminder is easy. Actually taking the break is harder. iCadence is a break reminder for people who spend long hours at a desk — built to help breaks actually happen, not just disappear with a tap. When it’s time to rest, complete a short activity such as walking, standing, or stretching. iCadence can help confirm that you moved, then automatically begin your next work cycle. BREAKS YOU ACTUALLY TAKE A notification appears. You dismiss it. And keep working. iCadence is designed to break that pattern. Choose an activity when your break starts. Walking can be verified using your iPhone’s motion sensors, while supported exercises can use on-device pose detection. Complete the break, then get back to work. FIND YOUR WORK RHYTHM Create a routine around the way you actually work: • Set custom work and break intervals • Get reminders at specific minutes each hour • Set fixed break times during the day • Create different routines for different parts of your day • Use Quiet Periods when you don’t want to be interrupted SEE WHAT’S NEXT AT A GLANCE Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets give you quick access to upcoming breaks, actions, and Quiet Period status without opening the app. MOVE YOUR WAY Available break activities include: • Walking • Standing • Stretching • Squats • Jumping jacks • Push-ups • Eye breaks • Drinking water • Breathing Walking can be verified using device motion sensors. Some activities can use on-device body pose detection. Camera frames used for pose detection are processed on device and are not saved or uploaded. SEE THE BREAKS YOU ACTUALLY TOOK iCadence distinguishes between verified breaks, manually completed breaks, and missed breaks so your history reflects your real work and rest rhythm — not just the reminders you received. iCADENCE PRO Some iCadence features are available for free. RiseReps is the alarm clock that won't let you cheat yourself. No snooze button. To turn off your morning alarm, do your reps: push-ups, squats, or jumping jacks, counted in real time by your camera. Skip them and it rings again. In Full Lockdown, Instagram, TikTok and your other distracting apps stay blocked the moment your alarm rings, and unlock when your workout is done. HOW IT WORKS Set your wake-up time, pick your exercise and repeat days, and try the camera rep counter during setup. When the alarm rings, prop up your phone and move. Your camera verifies every rep with on-device pose detection. Hit your number, dismiss the alarm, and start the day with a win. BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO CAN'T WAKE UP Heavy sleepers, chronic snoozers, and anyone trying to wake up early and build a morning workout routine. You can't half-wake-up through 15 push-ups. By the time the alarm stops, you're already up. CHOOSE YOUR STRICTNESS - Standard: rings again at +3, +8 and +12 minutes until you do your reps. - Persistent: re-rings for 14 minutes, then reminds you every minute until your reps are done. - Full Lockdown: distracting apps stay blocked until your reps are done (up to 3 hours), using Apple's Screen Time controls with your permission. AN ALARM YOU CAN TRUST Test my alarm runs a 10-second check of your alarm, sound and notification settings. If scheduling ever fails, you get a warning and a retry before your next alarm. And you're never trapped: a weekly emergency exit and a switch to squats are there if push-ups aren't counting. BUILT-IN PROGRESSION Start easy. Your rep count grows each week, turning one alarm into a real fitness habit. ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER AND ARENA Pair with a friend, see each other's streaks, and send a nudge when they need the push. Compete on daily and weekly Arena leaderboards with verified morning workouts, or keep yourself off the public boards. Optional iCloud features require an iCloud account. STATS AND STREAKS Track your streak, completed workouts, total reps, and wake-up times. Discipline you can see. YOUR PRIVACY Pose detection runs entirely on your device. Camera images and video are never recorded or uploaded. SUBSCRIPTIONS RiseReps Pro unlocks camera-verified alarm workouts, strictness modes, progression, the accountability partner, and stats. Choose a weekly or annual auto-renewing subscription. The annual plan includes a three-day free trial for eligible customers. Prices and applicable offer terms appear before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or after an eligible free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.
