Stop shopping in the dark. Have you ever reached the checkout without knowing how much you were going to pay? Forgotten how much you paid for a product last time? Or wondered whether the store charged the same price shown on the shelf? Mapew follows your shopping trip in real time and helps you stay in control of your cart. As you shop, it builds a digital copy of your purchase on your phone and shows you information you'd normally only find out later. TRACK YOUR SHOPPING IN REAL TIME See your cart's running total as you shop. Scan barcodes or snap a photo of price tags. AI price-tag scanner: photograph the tag and Mapew automatically detects the product name, the price, and up to 3 price columns (retail, wholesale and card). Shopping abroad? It reads tags in other currencies too (€, US$ and more). Know exactly how much you'll pay before you reach the checkout. Set a spending limit and track your progress in real time. REMEMBER WHAT YOU PAID When you scan a product, Mapew shows: How much you paid last time. Whether the price is higher or lower. The neighborhood where that price was recorded. Uncatalogued product? Give it a name and an emoji — Mapew remembers and recognizes it the next time you scan. SEE WHERE IT'S CHEAPER NEAR YOU A price map of your area: spot where products tend to be cheaper and decide where it's worth shopping — before you even leave home. KNOW YOUR CONSUMPTION Mapew turns your purchases into insight: Your personal inflation — how much what YOU buy has gone up. Average monthly spend and average basket. What you buy most, and roughly when each item tends to run out. GET TO KNOW YOUR FOOD When you scan food, you can also see: Nutri-Score. Whether the product is ultra-processed. Number of additives. Allergens such as milk, gluten and others. Labels such as vegan, organic and gluten-free. You can also create a profile with the ingredients you want to avoid, like lactose, gluten, sugar or alcohol. Mapew warns you when a product contains any of them. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT After paying, scan the NFC-e QR code and let Mapew check everything for you. Compares your cart items with the official SEFAZ receipt. Spots differences between recorded and charged prices. Shows possible incorrect charges before you leave the store. Didn't check at the store? Open a saved purchase and check it against the receipt later, whenever you want. MORE FEATURES Smart shopping list. Purchase history. Export a PDF summary. Voice reading. Light and dark themes. Support for Portuguese, English and Spanish. Guest mode (use without creating an account).
