Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Endr at 5.0 against Omega Protocol's 4.0. Omega Protocol's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks) and ratings volume (8 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
