Some quiz questions you do not want to answer: 1. What was the Magna Carta and why was it important? 2. Who was the reigning monarch of England in 1225? 3. What was the role of knights in medieval society? ... And this was the part when we get bored with history and made something totally different, something a lot funnier. Watch videos and answer the questions. Absolutely no stress - compete against yourself only.

Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 1225 at none against SCPHub's 3. 1225 also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). SCPHub's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 8 months) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SCPHub sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. 1225 asks for nothing beyond the download.
1225 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SCPHub has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.
SCPHub ships an update every 3 weeks, 1225 every 8 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
