Paste or type any text into the app 2. Tap "Redact" — the AI model scans for PII instantly 3. Review the animated redaction results 4. Copy the clean, redacted text and share it safely PERFECT FOR Sharing documents or messages that contain personal details, preparing content for screenshots or screen recordings, removing sensitive data before forwarding emails or notes, and protecting your own information before copying it to other apps. Cover private details before you share. Cloakmark helps you redact videos, photos, screenshots and PDFs on iPhone and iPad. Review the edits and export a copy. Content processing stays on your device. MOVING FACES IN VIDEO Automatic face tracking keeps covers aligned with detected faces as they move. Review every scene and track: small, sideways or obscured faces can be missed. You can also add manual covers and choose their size and time range. Manual boxes stay in a fixed position; they do not follow moving details. Video text OCR is not supported. PHOTOS AND SCREENSHOTS Find phone numbers and email addresses with local text detection, search repeated text, or add covers manually. Choose solid covers, mosaic or blur, and review detected faces before covering them. PDF TEXT REDACTION Search sensitive text, check matching areas page by page and add manual covers where needed. Text beneath redacted areas is removed from the exported PDF. Scanned PDFs without a text layer can use OCR; mixed text-layer and scanned content is not combined automatically. Inspect the entire exported copy before sharing. CONTINUE LATER Save encrypted photo, PDF and video drafts. Apply shared detection rules to multiple images, review each file, and pause or retry processing. Organize originals and results into groups, combine images into a long image, and share from the result preview. LOCAL FILES, OPTIONAL APP LOCK Imported originals and drafts are stored encrypted on your device. Optional app locking supports a password and Face ID or Touch ID on compatible devices. No app account is required. Purchases and Restore Purchases use Apple services. FREE ALLOWANCE AND ONE-TIME UPGRADE Free: 3 combined image/video exports and 3 PDF exports per day. Free video source files can be up to 300 MB. The optional one-time in-app purchase removes these free export limits and unlocks premium stickers. No subscription; the App Store shows your local price. Device and technical limits still apply. Automatic detection can miss private information. Review the full preview and exported result before sharing.
