Good classes are planned. Great ones flow. Nothing But Flows is the class planning tool built for the moment you teach. Sequence your class move by move, then run it from your phone, iPad, or Apple Watch with a teaching timer that keeps you on pace — no notes to flip through mid-class. BUILD YOUR FLOW • Add moves from a full library, or create your own • Set spring load, side, range, variation, and duration for every set • Watch your class balance at a glance with a category bar • Reorder with a drag; duplicate a flow to riff on it next week TEACH HANDS-FREE • A teaching timer that counts each move and cues what's next • Run it from your phone, your iPad, or your Apple Watch • Time by move, or fit the whole flow to a set class length PLAN YOUR WEEK • Schedule classes and attach the right flow to each one • Set a reminder so a class never sneaks up on you • Repeat weekly for a standing lineup SHARE A CLASS • Send anyone a read-only link to the whole class — no app, no sign-in • Or copy it as plain text straight into Notes, Messages, or Mail WORK WITH A STUDIO • Join a studio to share flows with the rest of the team Built by an instructor, for instructors.
