You walk into the gym. You know what you want to do. You just need something to keep track of it โ without signing up for another subscription, watching an ad before your first set, or navigating a dozen screens to log a rep. That's sTrain. We built it because we were tired of workout apps that try to be everything. sTrain does one thing well: it helps you plan your training, get through your session, and see how you're doing over time. PLAN IT YOUR WAY Set up your training days however you like. Push/pull/legs, upper/lower, full body โ whatever works for you. Add exercises, set your targets, and you're ready. Every exercise you create gets saved to your personal library, so you never have to build it twice. Need a starting point? Import one of our ready-made plans and make it your own. TRAIN WITHOUT DISTRACTIONS Open your session and work through it step by step. Log what you actually lifted, use the built-in rest timer between sets, and keep your screen on so your phone is always ready when you are. No pop-ups. No notifications asking you to upgrade mid-set. Just you and the work. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Check your stats to see how consistent you've been. The activity calendar shows your training history at a glance โ tap any day to see what you did. Watch your numbers go up over time. That's the whole point, right? SHARE & BACK UP Send your training plan to a friend or load one they shared with you. Back up everything and restore it whenever you need to. Your data, your control. MAKE IT YOURS Pick from six color themes, choose light or dark mode, switch between kg and lbs. Available in 15 languages. FREE TO START Use sTrain with up to 3 training days โ no account, no time limit, no catch. Want more? A single Pro upgrade unlocks everything: unlimited plans, all themes, full stats, calendar, and more. No subscriptions. No ads. Just training. We're a small team that believes apps should respect your time, your wallet, and your privacy. All your data stays on your device. We don't track you. We don't sell anything to anyone. We just want to help you train. Welcome to sTrain.
Workout Tracker
Read full descriptionHide full description
Workout Tracker is a fast, honest strength-training log. Add exercises, log your sets as weight x reps with your last numbers prefilled, and mark warm-up and failure sets. Every set is saved as you go, so a crash never loses your work. Finish a workout and see your total volume, how each exercise compares to last time, and any new personal records - with estimated 1RM always shown as an estimate, never a measured max. Track each lift's records over time, and save routines to start a session in one tap. Everything is stored on your device, with no account required. Choose kg or lb. The clearest difference is ads: sTrain at none against Workout Tracker's shown. On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
