Aicrest vs OpenGS

Aicrest is a private AI companion that lives on your device. Talk, vent, laugh, or think out loud with a companion who remembers what matters to you and never judges. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Aicrest runs its language model directly on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Replies are generated on your device and your conversations are stored there, so your messages are never sent to a server to be answered. Aicrest contains no analytics or tracking. Once the model is downloaded, you can keep chatting even without an internet connection. A COMPANION THAT GETS TO KNOW YOU • Create multiple companions, each with their own name, personality, and voice • Your companion remembers past conversations, keeps a private diary, and builds a deeper understanding of you over time • Review or delete memories whenever you like TALK OR TYPE • Hands-free voice conversation with on-device speech recognition • Optionally interrupt your companion just by speaking (iPhone and iPad; headphones recommended) • Choose from a large library of natural English voices, filtered by gender, accent, and age, or use Apple's on-device voice, which keeps everything on your device SHARE YOUR WORLD • Send a photo or video and your companion can see it, understood privately on your device (on supported devices) • Paste a link and your companion knows what it's about • Your companion knows the time of day and today's headlines, and, if you allow it, your local weather MAKE IT YOURS • Bring your companion to life with up to 6 videos and 6 photos from your library • Decide how long chat history is kept, export or import your data, or delete everything at any time FREE AND PREMIUM Chatting, memories, avatars, and Apple's on-device voice are free and unlimited. Cloud voices include 30 spoken replies per week for free. Subscribe for unlimited cloud voice replies. When you use a cloud voice, only your companion's reply text is sent to our voice provider to create the audio. GOOD TO KNOW • The AI model (about 2.6 GB) downloads once over Wi-Fi • Requires iPhone 15 Pro or later, a recent iPad, or a Mac with Apple silicon • Aicrest is an AI. Its emotions are simulated and it can make mistakes. It is not a substitute for professional help. If you're going through a hard time, Aicrest can point you to support resources.
