Sober Sip is a moderation app for anyone who wants to drink less — not necessarily quit entirely. If you're doing a dry month, cutting back, or just trying to be more mindful about how much you drink, Sober Sip helps you track it, stick to it, and celebrate the wins along the way. No guilt. No all-or-nothing pressure. Just clear, honest tracking and a little help staying on track — including something no other moderation app offers: personalized mocktail recipes built around what you're actually craving. TRACK YOUR SOBER TIME Watch a live counter of days, hours, minutes, and seconds since your last drink. It's the small, satisfying reminder that progress is happening in real time — whether you're on day one or day one hundred. STAY UNDER YOUR WEEKLY LIMIT Set a weekly drink limit that fits your goals, then watch your progress bar fill up (or not) as the week goes on. No more losing count halfway through a Friday night. BUILD YOUR STREAK Every alcohol-free day and every day you stay under your limit counts. Sober Sip tracks both, so you can see your consistency build week over week — real motivation, not just a number. DISCOVER MOCKTAIL RECIPES Craving something to sip on? Pick a base flavor, a mixer, and a garnish, and Sober Sip builds a custom mocktail recipe on the spot — complete with a description, prep time, and tags like "low sugar." Save your favorites and make moderation feel like less of a sacrifice. LOG DRINKS IN SECONDS Quickly log what you drank, when, and how much — no complicated forms, just a simple running history you can glance back at anytime. Sober Sip is built for the sober curious: people who want a healthier relationship with drinking without needing to swear it off completely. Whether you're taking a break, cutting back long-term, or just curious what "less" feels like, Sober Sip gives you the tools to track your progress and the recipes to make the in-between moments feel just as good. Download Sober Sip and start your next sober streak today.
