Welm is a to-do list / task manager that's not for the faint-hearted. It's stark, unapologetic, and built to help you take control of your day, stay focused, and do what truly matters. Most productivity apps (like humans) try to do everything - tags, projects, subtasks, automations - until managing the system becomes its own task. Welm says Skitsnack. It's deliberately simple and rigid, with just enough constraints to keep you honest about what actually matters today, instead of letting your to-do list quietly turn into a second job. How it works: — Simple tasks: No smart lists, tags or nested logic to manage. Tasks are meant to be done, not sit beautifully in a database. — Three buckets: Now, Next, Later. That's it. — Finish what's in front of you: Your buckets only hold so much. The only way to do more things is by clearing your tasks. Welm isn't trying to be your friend (it can sometimes be a little rude). It isn't trying to organize and automate your entire life. It's simply making sure the few things that matter to you get done. At least that's what it tells us.
BrainBuffer

Your brain isn't built for holding onto things. BrainBuffer is. Open the app, type a thought, tap send. That's it — no folders to choose, no categories to pick, no setup standing between you and getting something out of your head. Simply effective. CAPTURE WITHOUT FRICTION Just type. BrainBuffer strips away every extra step between having a thought and having it safely out of your head. DATES THAT WRITE THEMSELVES Type "call mom tomorrow" or "email the client in three days" and BrainBuffer picks up the timing automatically — no date picker required. Need something more specific? Tap the calendar icon to set an exact time instead. A LIST THAT SORTS ITSELF Unfinished thoughts float to the top. Pinned ones lead the pack. Anything scheduled soonest comes first. You never have to organize anything — open the app and the most important thing is already waiting at the top. SEE YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE Switch to Timeline view to see everything grouped into Overdue, Today, Tomorrow, This Week, and Later — a clear shape for your day without lifting a finger. REMINDERS THAT ACT, NOT JUST ALERT When something comes due, BrainBuffer lets you know — and you can snooze it an hour, push it to tomorrow, or mark it done right from the notification. No need to even open the app. ALWAYS ON YOUR HOME SCREEN Add the BrainBuffer widget to see your latest thoughts without unlocking your phone. STAYS WITH YOU Turn on iCloud Sync and your buffer follows you across every device signed into your iCloud account. Prefer to keep everything local? Turn it off anytime — your data, your call. MADE TO GET OUT OF YOUR WAY Pick your accent color, choose light or dark mode, and switch between List and Timeline views — BrainBuffer adapts to you, not the other way around. BrainBuffer isn't trying to be a project manager or a life-organization system. It's the fastest possible path from "I need to remember this" to "it's handled." Empty your brain. Trust the buffer.
