BidCheck is the roster companion for airline pilots who bid in PBS. Your roster, the Open Time board and the pattern book, in one app on iPhone and iPad. YOUR ROSTER, DECODED Forward your ARMS roster email and BidCheck turns it into a clean calendar. • Every trip, leave block, sim and day off at a glance • Subscribe from Apple Calendar or Google Calendar and it stays in sync • A-day and call-in reminders, timed to your roster • ARMS allocation codes explained in plain English • Recent stick hours for the last 28 and 365 days NEVER MISS OPEN TIME Sign in to webCIS inside BidCheck and your Open Time board stays fresh in the background. • Every spare trip on a timeline against your own roster: what it credits, how long it is, and whether you're free, busy or could swap • Uncrewed and sick-cover trips clearly marked • Alerts when a trip you could take appears, plus watches for the ports and dates you care about • See who's operating an open-time trip • Know straight away when crewing assigns you a duty to accept • You sign in yourself. BidCheck never sees or stores your password, and never accepts, bids or changes anything in webCIS for you. YOUR BID, WRITTEN FOR YOU Say what you want in plain English (leave, must-be-home dates, ports, weekends off) and BidCheck builds a complete bid sheet from your pattern book. • Every request ranked and accounted for: see what was satisfied, what only partly fit, and why • Primary patterns with tiered fallbacks, so PBS always has a next choice • Day-off bids that only ever narrow inside the dates you asked for • Credit kept inside your divisor window, with leave and carry-over counted • Pin, remove or swap patterns and regenerate in seconds • A step-by-step guide to entering every bid EVERY PATTERN, SEARCHABLE The whole pattern book, parsed. Filter by destination, week, departure day, slip length and more. Every pattern shows its legs, credit, time on the ground, TAFB allowance and the forecast for each layover. Browse offline after the first sync. TRIP SWAPS (BETA) Propose a one-for-one swap with a pilot at your base, list a trip on the Trip Board, trade annual leave, or post a base swap for a bid period. Crewing rules and the 145-hour minimum guarantee are checked before anything is sent. ALSO IN BIDCHECK • Share a family-friendly version of your roster • Special meal requests sent to catering ahead of each trip • Home Screen widget for your bid period and roster SUBSCRIPTION BidCheck is free to download with a 2-month free trial. No payment is needed to start.
