Tactus is the metronome for musicians who mean it. Beyond a simple click, Tactus lets you build real rhythmic sequences: sections with accelerando and ritardando, tempo and time signature changes, beat subdivisions (eighths, triplets, sixteenths, dotted eighth, sextuplets), and configurable count-in. With "Describe in words" you can dictate or type a sequence in natural language — "120 bpm for 8 bars, then accelerate to 160 over 16" — and Tactus turns it into a ready-to-play rhythmic plan. Study mode automatically raises the tempo every few repetitions, so you can drill a passage up to your target tempo hands-free.
