Local AI Reader turns any document into a personal audiobook using on-device AI voices that sound remarkably natural — no internet, no cloud, no privacy concerns. Import a PDF, EPUB, TXT or RTF from your Files app, iCloud Drive or any share sheet. Local AI Reader automatically splits the text into sentences and speaks them one by one, with every word highlighted in real time as it is read aloud. Follow along, skip ahead, or tap any sentence to jump straight to it. Choose from 8 distinct voices — American English and British English, male and female — each powered by a language model that runs entirely on your device!
