FreeGym vs Active20

FreeGym is a social network spanning health, fitness, nutrition, and sports performance — the most scientifically rigorous community in the field, and the most technically advanced. Post a video of your lift. It comes back analysed by a real coach, using a computer vision model FreeGym built and nobody else has. FORM CHECK NOBODY ELSE CAN DO Our own computer vision model — built in-house, not licensed, not available anywhere else — measures what your body actually did. A verified coach reads that analysis and tells you what to change. Not "looks good": frame by frame, with numbers. NO PSEUDOSCIENCE. NO MISINFORMATION. The health industry runs on noise. FreeGym exists to clear it. The Red Checkmark marks the doctors, coaches, and scientists who meet a real evidence bar — when you see it, what follows has been vetted. No bro-science, no supplement pitches, no confident nonsense. EUREKA — AN AI THAT ACTUALLY TEACHES Most AI answers your question and stops. Eureka teaches you. It works out what you already know and starts there — nothing assumed, no prompt-engineering skill required. Ask about anything and it builds the lesson around you, checks you've understood before moving on, and stays on the subject instead of wandering off. Modes for what you need: Coach, Nutritionist, Therapist, Physio, and more. MASTERCLASSES Expert-led courses across medicine, sports science, nutrition, women's health, chronic disorders, and more — taught by Eureka. Stop it mid-course. Ask why. Ask again. Go slower, go deeper, or skip ahead. Learning that answers back. YOU WON'T DRIFT Log your training where people can see it. Coaches follow up. The community notices when you go quiet. Guidance doesn't stop after one answer. EVERY DISCIPLINE, TEACHING EACH OTHER Hyrox, calisthenics, track and field, Olympic lifting, Powerlifting, CrossFit, bodybuilding, martial arts, ball sports, racket sports, yoga. People competing in all of it post here — not only to get better themselves, but to pass on what they worked out the hard way. Whatever you're stuck on, someone here has already solved it. NUTRITION, INCLUDING THE PART NOBODY POSTS Share what you're eating and what's actually happening — the plateau, the binge, the week it fell apart. You'll get answers, not judgement, and a Red Checkmark expert to tell you what the numbers really mean. The struggle is the useful part; this is a place you can say it out loud. A ROOM WORTH BEING IN No bullying. No trolling. No ad-hominem. No dunking on beginners. Everyone here is trying to get better. Free to join. Your evolution starts here.
