Surf Paddle Trainer turns your surf paddling workout into a session in the water. Connect an apple watch and your real-world physical effort translates directly into the movement of an in-game surf character. Lie on the floor, bench or Bosu Ball, paddle, and a watch your surfer paddle with you: out through the sets, under the whitewater, and onto waves you catch with your own strokes. WEAR YOUR APPLE WATCH The watch feels every arm swing and turns it into a stroke on screen, with a click on your wrist as it lands. Pull harder and the surfer goes faster. Your heart rate rides along for the whole session. No accounts, no logins, we do not store any of your data. SEVEN SESSIONS, ONE FOR EACH DAY Easy recovery paddles, sprint paddle-outs with quick duck dives, long steady paddles ending in hold-downs, and big-swell days with long breath holds. Each session is 8 to 15 minutes and tells you exactly what to do: paddle, plank and hold your breath, or rest at the peak while the set rolls in. BUILD YOUR OWN Choose how many rounds, how long each paddle is, whether it ends in a duck dive or a hold-down, then how many waves to catch, how big they are and how long you ride. Save your workouts and run them any day. A REASON TO COME BACK Every finished session ends on the beach with the friends you met out there, your streak or your count for the week, and a word of encouragement. Your history keeps waves, strokes, heart rate and completed sessions so you can watch yourself get stronger. No watch? Just follow along with the Surfer. Paddle Out Now! 1 session, is free forever. Full access to every session and the workout builder is a monthly subscription with a free trial. Exercise at your own risk.
