Most migraine apps record what already happened. Headrest tells you what's coming. Headrest watches the barometric pressure where you are and turns it into a risk level for today and the week ahead. When a pressure drop is on the way, you hear about it the evening before, while there's still time to sleep properly, drink water, and keep your medication within reach. WHEN AN ATTACK STARTS Two taps. Start and intensity, that's the whole log. Add the rest later, or never: where it hurts, aura, nausea, light sensitivity, what you took and whether it worked. Headrest is built for the moment when looking at a screen is the last thing you want to do. YOUR FORECAST • Barometric pressure for your location, with the drops that matter highlighted • A risk level for today and each of the next seven days • An alert the evening before an elevated or high-risk day • Sleep, cycle, caffeine, water and stress logged alongside the weather, so you can see which combination precedes your attacks YOUR PATTERNS • Attack days over the last 30 days, and your full history • Your triggers ranked by how often they show up before an attack, based on your own log rather than a general statistic • Every medication you took and whether it worked, so the record your doctor asks for is always there YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Everything you log is stored on your device. Headrest doesn't sell your data and keeps no location history. Weather data comes from the Norwegian Meteorological Institute. INDEPENDENT Headrest is made by a small independent team. FREE AND PRO Free, with no time limit: today's risk level and the attack log. Pro: the seven-day forecast, evening alerts, the pressure chart and trigger insights. Headrest Pro is $39.99 per year after a 7-day free trial, or $7.99 per month. Headrest is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition. Barometric pressure is one of many possible triggers, and the risk level is an estimate based on your location's weather and your own logged history. Headrest helps you track your attacks and share that record with your doctor. Always follow your doctor's advice. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
