STRONNECT vs Basic Factory Castellet

STRONNECT is your personal trainer in your pocket. Answer a few questions —your goal, the days you can train, where you train— and it builds a 12-week plan that adapts every week to what you really do. ALWAYS KNOW WHAT'S NEXT Today's workout with its sets, weights and rest times. Log each set with one tap and your plan learns from it. YOUR WORKOUT WITHOUT OPENING THE APP Home-screen widgets and your workout on the lock screen while you train. CARDIO WITH GPS AND APPLE HEALTH Runs and rides with your route on the map, even with the screen off, and a voice update every kilometre if you turn it on. Whatever you do with your watch comes in on its own from Apple Health, and the workouts you finish in STRONNECT are saved there. YOUR MEALS, WITHOUT COUNTING BY HAND What you should eat today, and log it with a photo of your plate, a barcode or a search. Your usual meals in one tap from Recent and Favourites. See calories, protein, carbs and fat, plus vitamins and minerals. If you allow it, what you eat and drink is saved to Apple Health. And your calories adjust to what you eat and how your weight is trending. A COACH THAT KNOWS YOUR PLAN Ask anything: move a workout, swap an exercise, what to have for dinner. It makes the change in your plan, and you can undo it. It also understands photos: the treadmill screen, your scale or your plate. The Coach uses artificial intelligence and asks for your permission before your first message. OVER 900 EXERCISES Each with a photo and how to do it right. YOUR PROGRESS, AT A GLANCE How much you've gone up in each exercise, your weight and your weeks. And share your workout or your run on a card for your stories. SUBSCRIPTION Logging your workouts and seeing your history is free. The plan, its weekly adjustment, the meal plan and the Coach come with the subscription. Try it free for 7 days, then a monthly or a 3-month subscription. You're charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before; it renews automatically until you cancel it in Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the period. The trial is for people who haven't used it before. Already have a STRONNECT account? Sign in and pick up your plan. STRONNECT gives general training and nutrition guidance; it is not medical advice.
