Tiny stuff piles up. The dishes. The forgotten birthday. The trip flake. Squash the Beef gives you a way to actually do something about it: put a price on it, send it to your friend, see what they do. Your group chat ignored your birthday. Someone didn't pull their weight on the trip. Not worth a real fight, but worth something. File a beef. Name a dollar amount. Watch what happens next. HOW IT WORKS 1. File a beef Pick a friend. Describe what happened. Attach a small amount — $5 to $20. 2. They choose They can Squash it (pay your price), Peace Offering (counter with a lower amount and an optional message), or Decline (and nothing happens — no penalty, no deadline, no pressure). 3. Move on The beef gets a receipt. The money changes hands. Everyone goes back to being friends with one fewer thing to carry around. WHAT MAKES IT SQUASH THE BEEF • Voluntary. Always. No one can make you pay, and there are no consequences for saying no. • Small by design. Bounties are capped so this stays petty social banter — not rent, not debts, not serious money. • Peace offerings. If someone's ask feels too high, counter with a lower amount. Negotiate up to three rounds before it expires. • Reports, blocking, and a real person reviewing abuse reports. Harassment is a banning offense. • Payments via Stripe through Apple Pay. Industry-standard security. We never see your card details. SQUASH PRO Your first beef is free. If you want to file more, Squash Pro unlocks: • Unlimited beefs • Bounties up to $50 • More counter-offer flexibility • Custom receipt styles for sharing $4.99 / month or $49.99 / year. 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime in Settings. WHO THIS IS FOR College friends. Roommates. Couples. Group chats that spend too much time rehashing small slights. Anyone who'd rather put a number on it and move on than carry a grudge into next week. 17+. U.S. only at launch.
