On supported devices, distance is measured automatically using the front camera with face detection. 2) Test each eye by swiping. It's super simple once you get a hang of it! Key capabilities - As fast as under 10 sec per eye with Super quick mode (additional modes available for higher accuracy) - Distance calibration on supported iPhones (TrueDepth/ARKit); manual fallback when depth is unavailable. Automatically calculates the size to display in real time. No need to hang a chart on the wall or get out a tape measure to figure out distance. - Works in small rooms with a fixed short working distance - On‑device processing; no account required and no personal identifiers stored - Timestamped history for your notes or later review (trend your vision!) - Hate swiping? We also have a button mode and a speech recognition mode that you can try. Privacy - All processing on device - No account required - No private identifiers collected Run 10 complete tests free! Requires iOS 15 or newer. Medical notice QuickAcuity is a vision screening tool and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose conditions and is not a substitute for professional judgment.

About

Epilepsy Care

Features

Epilepsy Care is a simple, private tracker for everything that matters when caring for someone with epilepsy, and built by a parent whose child has epilepsy, because a spreadsheet wasn't enough and no existing app did quite what was needed. Everything stays on your device. There's no account and no sign-up; open the app and start. It works fully offline. Log seizures in seconds. Record date, time, duration and type, plus optional details your neurologist cares about: whether it happened during sleep, in hot weather, while sick or very tired, whether emergency medication was needed, severity, and post-seizure (post-ictal) recovery. Add notes or attach a video. Browse everything in a list or a calendar. Stay on top of medication. Keep a list of current and past medications with doses, and get reminders so doses aren't missed. Appointments & documents Track neurology appointments with reminders, and keep referral letters, lab results and other documents in one place. Reports for your neurologist See seizure frequency, type breakdown, days-between-seizures trends and medication effectiveness. Generate a detailed clinical report as a PDF to share at appointments, created entirely on your device. A calmer moment during a seizure An optional responsiveness check helps you stay calm and systematic. (It is a caregiver aid, not a medical assessment.) Built for families Track more than one child or family member. Available in English, Dutch, French, German and Spanish. Protect the app with a PIN or Face ID / fingerprint. Back up and restore all your data to a file whenever you like. Free The app is completely free, with every feature included: no ads, no account, nothing locked away. --- Epilepsy Care is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device. Nothing in the app is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Reports and summaries are aids for conversations with your healthcare team - always follow their guidance, and call emergency services in an emergency. Your ideas are welcome This app is built by one parent and keeps getting better thanks to feedback. If you have an idea that could improve it, don't hesitate to reach out.
