AI Note Taker vs Paradiso LMS NextGen

AI Note Taker Record it once — read it as clear notes. Turn meetings, lectures and voice memos into accurate transcripts and structured summaries, automatically. Hit record and put the phone away. When you come back, you have the full transcript, a short summary with the key points and decisions, and the action items pulled out for you. Processing continues in the background, so you can close the app right after the meeting ends. Main Features Record & Transcribe Capture meetings, lectures, interviews or voice notes and get a clean, readable transcript — recordings up to 3 hours each. AI Summaries Every recording becomes a short summary with key areas, decisions and next steps, so you can review an hour-long meeting in a minute. Chat With Your Notes Ask questions about any recording and get answers from what was actually said — "who owns this task?", "what did we decide about the deadline?" YouTube to Notes Paste a YouTube link and get the transcript and summary as a regular note. Import Audio & Video Files Already have a recording? Upload the file and it goes through the same transcription and summary pipeline. 120+ Languages Transcribe and summarize in the language your conversation was in. Export Anywhere Share notes as PDF or text, or share the original audio file. Who It's For Anyone who spends their day in conversations and can't write and listen at the same time: professionals in back-to-back meetings, students in lectures, journalists doing interviews, researchers collecting field notes.
