Headphones recommended. • Choose how long to listen: 1, 2, 3, or 5 minutes • Tap Start • Check the on-screen volume hint and adjust level if needed For the best experience, use comfortable headphones and a volume similar to normal conversation. Not too quiet, not too loud. IMPORTANT This app is a wellness tool for personal use. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition. Individual results vary.
