Optimal is the companion app for clients of personal trainers, coaches, and physical therapists on the Optimal platform. Your trainer builds the plan; Optimal guides you through it, set by set. YOUR WORKOUTS, YOUR WAY Open personalized workouts built just for you, with every exercise, set, rep, weight, duration, tempo, and coaching note in place. Start scheduled sessions from your calendar, or pick any workout from your library. GUIDED, SET BY SET A focused player walks you through each set in order, including supersets. Watch exercise video demos, log your weight, reps, and duration with a tap, and see your last performance on every set so you always know what to beat. BUILT-IN REST TIMER Stay on pace with rest timers between sets and supersets, plus a preview of what is coming up next. RATE EVERY SESSION Finish strong: rate how hard the session felt (RPE), add notes, and celebrate each completed workout with a clear summary of what you did versus what was planned. HISTORY AND STATS Revisit any past workout in detail: volume, reps, total work and rest time, RPE, and plan versus actual for every set.
