Point your camera at the sky and know what you’re looking at. SkySort uses on‑device AI to identify clouds in seconds — no internet required — then logs each sighting with the weather and location in your own private sky journal. Whether you’re a weather watcher, hiker, photographer, student, or simply sky‑curious, SkySort helps you notice more and learn as you go. IDENTIFY IN SECONDS • Snap a photo or import one from your library — SkySort recognizes 12 sky conditions: Cumulus, Cumulonimbus, Stratus, Stratocumulus, Nimbostratus, Altocumulus, Altostratus, Cirrus, Cirrocumulus, Cirrostratus, contrails, and clear sky. • Every result includes a confidence score and an at‑a‑glance quality rating, so you always know how sure the model is. • Identification runs entirely on your device — fast, offline, and private. LEARN THE SKY • A built‑in encyclopedia covers all 12 cloud types: how they form, the weather they signal, and how to tell look‑alikes apart. • Explore 25 weather terms and 6 special phenomena — halos, sun dogs, iridescence, virga, crepuscular rays, and lenticular clouds — with example photos. • Not sure what you’re seeing? The ID Helper walks you through a few simple questions to narrow it down. BUILD YOUR SKY JOURNAL • Every observation is saved with its photo, type, confidence, date, and place. • SkySort automatically records the weather the moment you save — temperature, wind, humidity, pressure, visibility, UV, and cloud cover. • Search, filter, and sort your history, and see all your sightings on a map. • Track your trends: most‑common clouds, average confidence, and recent activity. SYNC, SHARE & EXPORT • Your journal syncs across iPhone and iPad through your private iCloud. • Share a cloud with a ready‑made caption — your location is never included. • Export everything to CSV or a polished PDF report, in Metric or Imperial units. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Photos are analyzed on your device and are never uploaded to a server for identification. • Your observations live in your own iCloud, not on our servers. • Shared images and captions never include your GPS coordinates. Download SkySort and start reading the sky. — Weather data provided by Weather. Cloud identifications are AI predictions and may not always be exact.

Asterfold is a sunset planner for the places you actually watch from. See where the Sun will set, aim your viewpoint, plan the evening, then record what the sky really did. LIGHT PATH STUDIO • A sky dome draws the Sun's real path for any place and date, coloured by golden hour, blue hour and twilight • Scrub through the day for the Sun's altitude, bearing and shadow length • The year's range of sunset and sunrise directions on the rim, plus shortcuts to the year's key dates • Calculated on your iPhone, so it works offline AIM YOUR VIEW • Save the exact spot you shoot from, then turn toward your shot on a first-person horizon, like turning your head • Pick your lens (14 mm to 200 mm, or your phone's camera) and the frame widens or narrows to match • Jump straight to today's sunset or the year's most northerly or southerly sunset, or point your phone at the view • See the dates this year when the Sun sets or rises inside your frame, and the next seven sunsets against it PLAN THE SESSION • Choose the light window: golden hour, sunset or blue hour • Add composition notes, gear, a reminder and a short checklist • Open the spot in Maps when it's time to go FIELD JOURNAL • After sunset, rate what you saw in two taps, then add colours, clouds, a note and, if you like, a photo kept privately on your device • Each check-in is compared with the forecast Asterfold saved before the sunset, never a later one • After three check-ins, your colour ratings adjust to your own sky, in small, capped steps • Filter your history by viewpoint, season, rating or cloud type; patterns show how many entries are behind them TONIGHT • Sunset, Stars and Sunrise ratings with plain-English reasons • Hour-by-hour low, mid and high cloud from MET Norway • For tonight, point forecasts 60 km and 180 km toward the setting Sun, where low cloud can cut off the light • Golden hour, blue hour, Moon and planets HONEST BY DESIGN • Calculated, forecast, estimated and observed data are labelled differently • Ratings are a rule-of-thumb estimate, not a probability or a guarantee • Sun positions assume a flat horizon; hills, buildings and trees are not modelled PRIVATE • No account and no analytics • Viewpoints, journal entries and photos stay on your iPhone • Only a position rounded to about 1 km is sent to MET Norway for the forecast ASTERFOLD PLUS Free includes the Studio, aiming and plans for 2 viewpoints, the journal, check-ins and tuning, tonight's ratings, the next 3 evenings and 45 days of events. Plus adds unlimited viewpoints, smart sky alerts, the full 10-day outlook and a year of sky events.
