Keep track of what you have. Plan what to buy next. Share the work. Shelf Life Management brings expiry tracking and shopping lists together, for you and the people you live or work with. Record food, skincare, medicines and other everyday items using a name or photo. SHARED SPACES, CLEAR PERMISSIONS Create separate spaces for home, housemates or the office and invite people through iCloud. Keep your personal items separate. Owners manage invitations and members; editors can add, update and delete items; readers can view records and copy items to their own space. Each shared space has its own items, categories and locations. SHOPPING THAT REMEMBERS YOUR STOCK Long-press an existing item to add it to Shopping, keeping the original record. Or tap + in Shopping to create a new entry with a name or photo and choose an existing category or location. Matching history shows previous usable days, used and wasted counts, current stock and items nearing expiry, helping you decide what to buy and how much. COMPLETE IT YOUR WAY After checking a shopping entry, choose to add it to expiry tracking and confirm its dates, or complete it without tracking. Completed shopping records stay in a collapsed section and can be moved back to Shopping if you tap by mistake. Cancelling the date form keeps the entry in Shopping. SEE WHAT EXPIRES NEXT View active items by expiry date, search names, and combine category and location filters. Enter an expiry date directly, or calculate it from a production date and shelf life. Copy items or use Save and Add Another to reduce repeated entry. REMINDERS AND QUICK SHARING Choose expiry-day, advance or custom reminders and check the reminder time before saving. For shared items, reminders are personal to your device. Long-press an item to send its photo and status-based expiry message through the system share sheet. The recipient does not need the app. KEEP USEFUL HISTORY Mark items used or wasted without entering a reason. In your personal space, Undo appears briefly; historical items can still be restored later. Delete through the long-press menu with confirmation. A welcome guide and Help explain the actions, and the Home Screen quick action opens a new item. No app-specific account is required. iCloud sharing and synchronization require an available Apple account and compatible device settings; invited members need the app. Supports iPhone and iPad, English, Simplified Chinese and Japanese. Shopping estimates come from your own records, not the shelf life printed on the package. Confirm the actual package date after buying. Notification permission is required for reminders.
